RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly, we can not provide you with a refund or exchange. 
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in precisely the exact same condition that you received it. 
We provide a complete money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our site. If you’re unsatisfied with the product which you have bought from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You’re eligible for a complete reimbursement within seven calendar days of your purchase. 
Following the 7-day interval, you may no longer qualify and won’t have the ability to be given a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first week following their purchase to make sure it matches your requirements. 
When you have any additional questions or want to request a refund, then don’t hesitate to contact us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the rejection or approval of your refund. 
If you’re accepted, then your refund will be processed and a charge will automatically be applied to your credit card or unique method of payment, within 7 working days. 
For software products, we don’t offer refunds. We only do replacements or supply store credits for non-working licenses.

Replacement Policy

Unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, all products on our website are eligible for a replacement within 30 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
